My breakfast and lunch for work tomorrow. Hummus with pepper strips for dipping, boiled egg and grapes. Lunch is salad with greens, cucumber, diced pepper, carrots and a bit of leftover pork loin from tonight’s dinner. Been on MD for about two weeks now and love the way I feel!

Love this! Only thing I would tweak is sub carrots for edamame or some bean (I’m just not a big fan of carrots lol, has nothing to do with MD nitpicking :))
