These bagels are so damn good. I start by cutting the bagels halfway through so it makes little sections, and then I pipe cream cheese into all of the cuts I've made. Then I make a butter sauce with melted butter, grated parmeson, minced garlic, and fresh parsley. I spread that over the bagels and bake them for about 8 minutes at 400 F.

Love baking the cream cheese on the bagel. Never preferred toasting, then adding cold cheese. Sounds amazing with the butter sauce.
