It is a raspberry tart. With a rumbased almond cream as the bottom layer then a raspberry compote. Topped with fresh rasberries. The raspberries are filled with raspbbery coulis. Then. It it is topped with fresh chopped mint aswell as cocoa powder and gratef 70% chocolate.
On the right is homemade chocolate sauce and raspberry coulis.
Then it is whipped vanilla cream next to it

I thought the sauce was a little to sloppy placed and the whipped cream could be nicer but overall i am happy with that i made this.
