I’ve been making this for breakfast a few nights a week and it is the most filling breakfast I have ever had.

All my measurements are estimates but I put 2.5-3 T chia seeds and ~1/4 – 1/2 cup chocolate oat milk in the fridge over night. Stir. Stir it a few times more after resting in the fridge. Then top with frozen berries before bed. Can use fresh in the morning too. Added a serving of Greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and some sliced almonds.

This breakfast has over about 30 grams of protein. It’s full of fiber from the chia seeds and raspberries and healthy fats from the chia seeds and almonds. Greek yogurt gives it the protein boost but I eat it without yogurt sometimes too.

I put close enough because my oat milk has a small amount of added sugar but obviously you don’t have to make it that way. Can make with unsweetened plant milk. Never tried it with cow milk.

So, I keep hearing about Chia seed pudding. Does it really have a “pudding” texture? I’m kind of wanting to try it but worried it’s something else.
