We sliced up our tomato this afternoon. It was really good. I would compare the taste to a Beefsteak. It is juicy, and although I thought it may be mildly sweet like an orange hat, it did carry more of the larger tomato flavor. It does have a thin easy to chew skin, which I like vs a tougher skin. (I have grow several varieties in the past that I haven’t loved as much due to the thick skin). We ate it on Toasted Sourdough with garlic salt and mayo. Super tasty. As long as our harvest goes good, we will grow them again. I will say that due to the ridges, we got several big slices and lots of small nodules lol. We will put those in a salad at dinner.

    I don’t think that’s a true to type orange accordion. It looks red and orange accordions are usually somewhat hollow.

    Looks tasty though!
