Has anyone asked for unsliced short ribs from the meat counter and smoked with it? Same as dino ribs?

   I haven’t done it but you should be able to smoke them like that.

   Smoking them is good but braising them is divine, and quite a bit easier.

   I put some out once. Just wanted to see if someone would buy them. Someone did…Dude called me later, asking what he should do…he had tried to cut thru them sideways with a hacksaw😂
