I put some out once. Just wanted to see if someone would buy them. Someone did…Dude called me later, asking what he should do…he had tried to cut thru them sideways with a hacksaw😂

I haven’t done it but you should be able to smoke them like that.

I haven’t smoked them before, but I’ve grilled them several times.
Yeah thats just plate ribs.
Smoking them is good but braising them is divine, and quite a bit easier.
