    Have some green tea with lemongrass for two days. It has some caffeine to keep you going, but not so much to make you anxious. After a couple of days to can go back to coffee <3

  4. Drink black or green tea my boy. You get caffeine but also l-theanine which is proven to counterbalance the anxiety and fidgetiness from caffeine.
