I made jam and noticed later there was a tiny crack in the jar. I took the jam out and cleaned the jar to inspect it. I can feel the crack on the outside but not on the inside. It is still smooth. Would others throw it out or am I being paranoid? I just don’t want to feed microscopic shards of glass to others.
Any other solutions besides throwing it away?

I would throw it out. I’m not interested in pathogens in my food
I would throw it out. While the smooth inside indicates that maybe no tiny shards of glass got in the jam, you can’t be sure and the consequences if you are wrong could be pretty severe. It isn’t worth the risk IMO.

I think you answered your own question.
My other concern would be the size of jar you’ve used to can this jam. Looks like a quart jar which is too large for jam processing. I haven’t seen any processing times for that size of jar…Ball recommends 1/2 and 1/4 pints which has a processing time of ten minutes.

No, bacteria can get trapped in the cracks, in addition it could leave tiny glass particles in your food. Toss
