My late night photos don't do it justice- this was the best cheesecake I've ever had. My daughter loves to bake!
For this she merged two recipes together. I gave her the idea to do a lemon ricotta with a lemon Oreo crust and she went a step further to put them on the top. The flavor was spot on…. she said she rubbed lemon zest into the sugar. It tasted like lemonade!
The burnt sides tasted incredible. I didn't know burnt cheesecake was a thing! It's delicious.
I love that she has this passion.

Better without the broken Oreos on top, IMO. Chunks are too big.
that looks so amazing! incredibly smart of her to be able to combine 2 different recipes since baking is basically a science. she has an incredible talent, now fester that passion and watch it blossom! 🌼

The detail on top with the oreos is so cute! Baking is definitely a great passion to have, home baked goods are 1000x better than what you can get at the store, and you can flavor and decorate it however you want

I’m 3 times older than her and still haven’t made a cheesecake because I’m too scared (?!?) to. This looks so tasty!! Wouldn’t have thought about Oreos and lemons together but in the end it probably tastes like sweet lemonade 👌🏽
