2 pork loin chops – season with smoked Paprika, pepper and salt and fry on hot oil for 3 minutes from each side, don't cut – set on a chopping board and let them rest for 5-10 minutes, the inside finishes cooking on its own
10 jumbo olives
2 heaping tablespoons of feta antipasto
2 handfuls of leafy greens

I added a handful of chopped cilantro after but didn't take a picture

Drizzle olive oil from your antipasto on top. Et voila. Last meal of the day done in 15 minutes total.
