Home cooked smoked chicken, potato salad, and pickled onions

Smoked the chicken in a square charcoal grill, wife made the potato salad, and I prickle the onion. Skin on the chicken was a bit tough but the chicken came out amazing overall. Maybe I'll mist the skin next time.
