    Man that brisket looks delicious but if I hadn’t seen you cut it with a knife, I’d have assumed you blew it apart with a hand grenade. Brisket shrapnel!

    Looks very good. What rub did you use? What did you cook it on? I did one on a pellet grill Sunday..salt and pepper only, wrapped at 165, pulled at 203. About 11 hrs total. Came out really good. I’ve been bbq for a long time, started on a stick burner in the 80s. Brisket is just real up and down…some are awesome, while I haven’t done a bad one in a long time, some not that awesome. I honestly believe it’s sort of just luck of the draw with the meat.
