First Time Ever Grilling A Steak


I live in an apartment in a city so don’t have the ability to grill. However, I’m living in my parents beach house all summer and this is my first crack at a rib eye! Thoughts?

    There will be people that criticize slicing the entire steak as well as those that will comment “blue!” or “raw!” – pay them no mind, for they are lame.

    Slightly overcooked in some areas but almost a perfect rare/bleu! Looks delicious!

    Is it everyone on this subs first time ever cooking steak? Not sure I believe it anymore cause they are always perfect

    For such a rare steak, the fat is rendered better than most I’ve seen lately. I like rare, but those middle slices would be too rare for me. The ends I’d greedily smash. Overall a stunning job
