I’d say you need to get the pan a lot hotter to get a good sear.

If I’m being honest? Like 4/10 overall. The doneness is pretty good, but the sear leaves quite a bit to be desired.

I can’t get a good sear to save my life. I’ve done it completely by the book. Hot pan, room temp etc but this is my best attempt yet but it’s still pretty bad 🙁
