Mushroom ravioli filling and lobster ravioli filling all ready to go in the fridge, tomorrow I try out a new recipe for lentil pasta dough to use with them!

    Haven’t made the pasta dough yet but the recipe I’ll be following for it is:

    500 grams lentil flour
    150 ml of water
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbs olive oil
