I cook with my heart, so recipe will be super basic.

Boil pasta al dente.
Fry can , or two of tuna, with frozen mixed veggies (will take some of liquid out), season as you choose.
Make seasoned roux (I use garlic powder, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and touch of paprika), add milk or heavy cream (I go half and half of each), slowly add cheese of choice (Parmesan and Gouda work best), stir until enough Mornay sauce to cover pasta. Add pasta to sauce. Fold in tuna and veggies, lightly. Top with seasoned panko and cheese, adding butter to aid in browning.

Broil until browned, and enjoy!
