Niku dofu from a tiny curry shop in Shibuya

  1. Technically it’s not on the menu but if you know they make it you can ask for it. This is the first shop I’ve been to that even sells it. It’s like a more basic version of a sukiyaki. Just delicious dashi broth, tofu, thin sliced pork, onion/green onion — I think that’s it.

    It’s a very home-y dish.
