My favorite burgers to make. Been trying different things and perfecting them for years.

Had no idea shake n bake was still around. Those look really good.

That is interesting for sure. Why cook them twice? Does the breading burn if you bread the patties raw? Or are you just trying to get the char on the burger meat?
