breakfast in a hurry: one egg and 1/2 banana

lunch: burger patty, watermelon, broccoli, pickled carrots and garlic sauce

snack: greek yogurt w raspberries and herring

small dinner during break: Eggs and sweet potato wedges

late night snack: oatmeal w greek yogurt and raspberries

to reach my macros: full fat greek yogurt and ham
