This Cheesy cream corn is a simple classic side dish that is perfect for the holidays , with minimal ingredients on under 20 minutes. So delicious and easy to make . HAPPY COOKING. ENJOY .

INGREDIENTS :
• 420g or 1 can whole kernel corn
• 250g all purpose cream
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp ground pepper
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• ½ pc onion, chopped
PROCEDURE :
Mix mayonnaise with the corn and set aside. In a pot saute garlic and onion with butter then pour in the corn mayonnaise. Add in the cream and groud pepper and cheese let it simmer for 3 minutes on low fire then add more cheese for thickness and its ready. Serve hot . ENJOY.
