My dad has dropped hints that he loves coconut cream pie for years. This Father’s Day, I attempted one. She’s beautiful.


I used the Sally’s Baking Addiction recipe since it looked like the best “elevated” version of what my dad would have eaten in the 70s. I didn’t pipe the whipped cream since I don’t have the equipment, but I’d try it the next time!

    This recipe is great! Last time I made it I had a little filling and whipped cream left over. I mixed them together and used it as a cake filling for chocolate cake. So good.

    I hope your family loved it, you did an excellent job!
