the one rule about frittata club, is you dont talk about frittata club…..[winks] no seriously the only rule i was taught, is that you can put almost anything into a frittata, just have to make sure its cooked first :P….frittata's are so good and easy 🙂

I always serve this with a tomato and red onion salad, with a balsamic and olive oil dressing. Cuts right through the carbs. Delicious. Also, I just use cream instead of ricotta.

I’m American, Italian decent, we love making and eating Frittata. So easy to make. My Mother made them often especially over the Season of Lent. Potatoes, onions and eggs were a favorite. Peppers and eggs, another. Asparagus and garlic, with Romano cheese in the egg mixture another. Sometimes when there was a few Italian cold cuts left she would sauté them with an onion and add eggs. What ever your leftovers you can turn it into a beautiful meal. Add salad, garlic bread, can’t be beat. Best wishes ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
