  1. Breakfast? What is your job, sherpa mountain guide or something? That must be a thousand calories, maybe more. Looks absolutely delicious!

  2. the one rule about frittata club, is you dont talk about frittata club…..[winks] no seriously the only rule i was taught, is that you can put almost anything into a frittata, just have to make sure its cooked first :P….frittata's are so good and easy 🙂

  3. So RICH …..right from the bowl to the butter to the cheese and the potatoes!! And so CRISP …..even your script and your video!!!!! Editing 👌👌👌

  4. I love the sound of your knife on the choppingboard.. you can hear it is very sharp.. everyone deserves a good knife, it will save you so much time and trouble

  5. This recipe brings beautiful childhood memories to mind. Mind you,if served with a salad,it can be the answer to a nice luncheon dish. ❤❤❤

  6. Mmm. Perfect timing (as most of your recipes seem to be for me) as I have potatoes to use up and a large package of bacon. Hope you're wading through and doing well.

  7. Just watching this video after dinner here and I’m salivating….need to avoid watching your great videos at this hour! Cheers! 🇨🇦🍷🥃🇨🇦

  8. Too good to ignore – gotta' try this. Am just back from the PO – a little surprise en route to your kitchen 😉

  9. Unless it’s just something I don’t eat—and I can’t even recall one of those at the moment—I’m always so impressed by your food and the overall quality of your productions. They’re flawless. DON’T CHANGE.

  10. I always serve this with a tomato and red onion salad, with a balsamic and olive oil dressing. Cuts right through the carbs. Delicious. Also, I just use cream instead of ricotta.

  11. Joe, at least you are keeping Whiskey healthy! This frittata looks like a DELICIOUS ♥️-attack on a plate. Yummmmmmm

  12. I’m American, Italian decent, we love making and eating Frittata. So easy to make. My Mother made them often especially over the Season of Lent. Potatoes, onions and eggs were a favorite. Peppers and eggs, another. Asparagus and garlic, with Romano cheese in the egg mixture another. Sometimes when there was a few Italian cold cuts left she would sauté them with an onion and add eggs. What ever your leftovers you can turn it into a beautiful meal. Add salad, garlic bread, can’t be beat. Best wishes ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
