Any idea on what's going on here? This is a California Wonder sweet pepper. Never seen this before. I have others that are fine. Should I just yank this one and be done so it does spread to the others?

Maybe spray a H2o2 solution at the base after pulling all the funky leaves and scraping some of that fungus off the soil? That’s new to me
