    Looks good. Also, for anyone reading you don’t need to buy a sausage stuffer and costly equipment. All you need is some ground meat (generally pork) and some spices to make your own sausage.

    I do this regularly. You can freeze it or just make 500g-1kg at a time. The seasoned bulk meat will easily keep for a week (longer actually) in your refrigerator.
