I got a molcajete for Father's Day. This is it's first batch of salsa. I charred some garlic, serranos, jalapenos, and tomatoes on a comal. I ground up the garlic with some salt and cilantro and then added the tomatoes. It's an amazing salsa!

Lately, I have been using my own homegrown peppers, tomatoes, and onion in my salsas.. Makes it extra special
I love a molcajete salsa. The more you use it, the more seasoned it gets, and the salsas taste better than the last one.
