“Surf”: lobster, hokkaido uni, spinach, truffle shavings
“Turf”: wagyu beef filet mignon

Dessert: japanese melon / vanilla ice cream with cantaloupe sauce

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s in a very unassuming strip mall, but the ingredients, service, and execution were top tier.
If you’re in Vegas, this is absolutely a restaurant to put on the list!
