Monday will be Quebec’s national holiday, So I baked my coworkers this lemon/white chocolate cake (inspo on last slide.)

    [This](https://livforcake.com/lemon-cake/) is the recipe I used. I multiplied the batter by 1.5 (but not the lemon curd) and replaced the Ermine frosting by [this white chocolate SMBC](https://chelsweets.com/white-chocolate-swiss-meringue-buttercream/) (again, multiplied by 1.5.) 
    Side note: I do NOT recommend using high fat butter for the buttercream (like I did.) The frosting kept melting at a normal temperature and was a nightmare to work with. It took me the whole day, and I couldn’t event reproduce the design on the inspo picture as planned. Hopefully it tastes good, at least.
