  2. Is it just me or are steaks in Spain generally cooked very rare? Sometimes they don’t even ask me how I’d like it cooked, and it just comes out almost bleu, like in your picture

  5. I’m good with this. I visited to a grocery store in Madrid once that labeled the cut of beef with the farm it was raised on and from what country it was imported from. The occasional moments I had beef in Spain it was almost blue.

    Would like to know the name of this place, looks right up my alley for my taste.
