gonna need your best your best sweet Italian sausage I have one thing of sweet Italian sausage I got some whole milk some unsalted butter and some flour here and I got business cooking in the other I feel like showing you guys how I make business because I got a biscuit recipe up so we’re going to except we’re gonna link that video in description below everything discussed below but you can also use store-bought biscuits and when you do this this is gonna be a quick fast easy recipe you guys and grandma Jackie’s here and I have seen my mom in two weeks so she’s gonna do the mudbank she came right on time and this video will be up today Tuesday and these are my sweet child sausage guys you don’t have in the season or none that on here only time you’re gonna build a season when we do the gravy I’ve got a little bit salt and pepper and that’s it we’re gonna let this cook I know this sausage this nice a sausage rocket like Brandon I think this learn the words I just cannot say right incorrectly but this one a medium heat and I chopped it up let it cook again ass click roughness if you don’t want to make homemade biscuit about your score biscuits and everything but I made homemade pouring the sausage into the glass dish cuz I’m gonna try to leave as much grease in here as possible cuz you also want to use a half a stick of butter but it’s only 4 tablespoon of unsalted butter what is and when you’re doing a room you always want to do equal parts so if I’m using 4 tablespoons of butter of course that’s a half a stick so I’m gonna go in for half a stickler flour so and I’m gonna leave some of this grease in here only about Sasha likes it cause right here okay I won’t know for half a stick of butter even I got this extra right here I only wanna half a stick waste not want not I use with other half earlier yesterday I’m gonna sit that right there okay this is my old from a flower and it’s the half of top remember what you do not a room you want equal pops crazy damn I’m making a mess yes now I’m a mess I got on the medium heat and it’ll take about maybe a cup of milk but I’m an eyeball it love you making this guy’s a cup of milk I’m gonna just knock down cuz it okay so if you guys think you’re shopping in I don’t get the myosin all ready for the holidays um I got a ball coming we put up the Christmas tree on yesterday so this is a smelly now I’m a number equal pots to a roof anytime you’re making a road so just a half a cup a half a cup of flour I turned my slow down imma go in but just remember I still got flavors from this um the meat there’s maybe maybe two teaspoons well it’s he’s gonna have a salt I’m gonna go in or pepper remember guys you got to taste your gravy and make sure it tastes the way you want it to taste and I’m just wanna do it at noon right here before I call in the milk and this because I use pepper you know I’d say okay country grapples will be a blight I guess what I put pepper i season it son I’m going in with just guys the spot cup milk right here and I’m just gonna miss and remember always use anything cold are you making your rule using your milk make sure your milk is cold yeah well she got nuts watch right through these lumps gonna come right on out I’m mashing and that’s why I’m using my spatula trying to slow down so don’t need a bit more milk maybe a cup and a half of milk and I’m just gonna just keep stirring but to all my lumps out and those locks will come out guys Baca so you get come out no you don’t watch me and I’m just smashing as I’m moving smash it down there for our you want all the months come on see how I smash him and then you got the little flakes in there from the sauce just everything that was in the pan a little grip kind of Sasha’s I’m gonna stop saying sloshes so I’m a bit more milk because it depends on how thick you want it and I’m still seeing lots so I’m gonna say this recipe for you guys who really want to make it perfect takes about cup and a half of the milk cuz there we go but you want to make sure do it a little at a time 1/2 a cup at a time you maybe you could start all and what you see and breakdance saucers sometimes I hate saying the word egg on self and it’s done the nuts is gone you just had to take the back of that spatula and just smash and circle it smashes circle and all a little less pepper little bits of sausages I had in the pain but none of it is the flour and I’m about to taste it okay a little bit salt in it because you wonder has a little bit of a taste again you season to your taste it tastes just like the Tyler sausages but it just need a little bit more something in it and that’s not white this is it I’m about to go to Sasha’s there it’s thick how I want it not something not today hmm it’s it’s just like the sausage and all the juices you want all that and guys you just season it the way you want all that juice is gonna get a flip when she pulled on like recently that’s gonna get it that’s your flavor honey along with your salt and your pepper that’s your flavor and this is my biscuits and gravy sauce yes I mastered up to get all that grease out of there that’s what you want tastes just like sauces I hate saying this yeah I’m gonna be back I’m a plate it and show you the end results so so swap I open up two biscuits there it is my mother my mother my mother my mom oh that’s hot hey guys you can had this switch some eggs you can had this fast stuff I want to get too much on sauces me gonna get rid of gravy that flavor from the sausage is great I’m seasoning to your taste salt and pepper guys from   2. You are some good cook! Hey I might be wrong but you used half stick of butter which is one fourth cup. (A whole stick of butter is half a cup, right?) So if equal parts of butter and flour are required for roux, wouldn’t you only need one fourth cup of flour?

  10. Not trying to be that guy, but 4 tbsp is a 1/4 cup. If you want equal parts flour to butter, you just added twice as much flour as butter with that 1/2 cup.
