Kanazawa Curry is one of Japanese curry types. You may have another experience which is different from CoCo's.
The curry sauce is deeply brown in color, and quite thick with a rich taste. Basically a katsu is added on, with a spicy katsu sauce.

Definitly best curry type for me. Unfortunatly I found no good recipe to reproduce gogo curry in France…
