Ingredients

* 150 gr of yeast-free dough
* 20 basil leaves
* 500 ml of tomato sauce
* 300 gr soft cheese * 300 gr hard cheese
* Pepper, salt and oregano
* A spoonful of olive oil

Preparing the ingredients
– Roll out the dough into a thin tortilla.
– Mix tomato sauce, pepper, salt, oregano and basil leaves.
– Grate all the cheese

Preparation
– Spread sauce on the dough, sprinkle hard and soft cheese over the top
– Lightly cover the edges of the pastry and begin to wrap the pie
– On each wrap smear also the sauce, at the end smear with olive oil.
– In the oven for 12-15 minutes at 240 degrees.
