I tried the Guga method for the first time, searing on the hot side of a charcoal grill then moving to the cold side and covering while they came to temp. A little overcooked for my liking but they came out pretty good for cooking 5 steaks at one time

    Nooooo, you have to slice them into small strips and lay them on the plate! Totally inedible!

    (they look great, Montreal mix on them?)
