Ingredients for 1 serving
1/4 cup of beet (peeled & cubed)
1/2 an apple (peeled)
1 cup of raspberries (frozen)
1/2 a banana
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Dash of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of Almond milk
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until very smooth. Drink right away in the morning to help reduce inflammation.
