Making lasagna today, here’s one pasta ball. So far I’ve used 22 cups of flour and like 80 eggs

    Recipe for this pasta ball:
    – 2 cups all purpose flour

    – 6 eggs yolks

    – 2 whole egg
    – splash of EVOO
    – 2 shakes of salt

    I’m fine using all purpose flour for lasagna. When I make fettuccini I use 00 flour and the egg yolk to whole egg is a slightly different ratio. I save the egg whites for other fun things

    Trim your damn nails, gross. I don’t care if you washed your hands first, someone who doesn’t care to trim their nails is not a person I want handling food.
