  1. Tuna noodle casserole is nasty. I can't believe it ever existed. It should have always been chicken noodle casserole. Canned chicken instead of tuna would make it actually tasty.

  2. Beef Wellington is in no way has gone away! I make it once a month! And it is still one of the most popular menu items found at most upscale restaurants! And thanks to Gordon Ramsey and Hellโ€™s Kitchen most Americans think of it as a menu item that is still popular and in now going away. Steak Au Poive or Steak Diane could easily be added to this list in the place of Beef Wellington!

  3. The liquer, Kirsch, went into the cheese fondue. There was a risquรฉ element to cheese fondue, as the rule went if the dipper dropped what they're dipping in the cheese, they had to kiss all of the guests, men kissed women, & vice versa

  4. I just had tuna casserole and its still my favorite. So good and adding hot sauce or sour cream to it just hits different

  5. The only thing famous about Jell-O Salad is how derided that stuff is compared to nearly any other human food. Also, that stuff predates the 70s.

  6. I make my deviled eggs by adding a spoonful of horseradish to the egg yolk mixture and sprinkling nutmeg over the finished eggs. Everyone loves them, and whenever I am invited to a party, I am asked to bring some.

  7. My family still has tuna noodle at least once a month, but not as a casserole anymore. Back in the 70s, we made it as a casserole, but by the time the 80s came along, we had stopped putting crunchy stuff on top and stopped baking it as well, as it just took too long.

  8. 9:00 stuffed bell pepper and use (fresh garlic and yogurt) sauce on the side with a sprinkle of dried tarragon will be yummy

  9. 11:10 for beef stroganoff sauce I use heavy fresh cream and saffron instead of sour cream and shoestring potatoes ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
