  3. I tried it! it is the most perfect creamy tomato soup and on top of that you get protein in it with the beans to make it a complete lunch! I've been trying so many recipes of creamy tomato soups with no success and always wondered why it is so rocket science to make it. Having to roast the tomatoes and using all these tomatoes also made it so expensive. I finally have the right taste i was looking for (delicious) and saving my tomatoes now for salads and tabbouleh 🙂

  4. Making this now but with a twist.
    Don't have a blender so I kept the beans as is plus added a handful of cherry tomatoes, and will add a cup of grated vegan cheese when it's ready to serve.

  5. This worked perfect and it was so delicious it also can be a complete meal cause the beans are so filling! I wouldn’t have thought to add beans to my tomato soup but that was genius!
