Something I created recently. Been testing some recipes at home and my last one is this sea bream sashimi with matcha lime sauce I made.
There are still things to be improved, slicing on the fish can be better, but the sauce turned out really good after a bunch of tweaking. If anyone have some spare time I suggest you try it out, would work great as a marinade aswell for grilling imo.
