Ooeey gooey deliciousness!

**This serves two**

What you need:
Leftover Corned beef (enough for 2 sammys)
4 slices Rye bread
8 slices swiss
Sauerkraut
Caramelized onions
Margarine or unsalted butter
Thousand island dressing

What to do:

Butter one side of four slices of bread. Place them butter side down into a large skillet.
Spread thousand island dressing on top, 2 slices of swiss cheese, sauerkraut/caramelized onions, corned beef, remaining slices of swiss, more thousand island dressing, and then top with remaining two slices of rye bread.

Now I turn the heat to low/med and brown each side of sammy’s flipping once. They should be golden brown and the cheese ooey and gooey!

Serve with more dressing for extra dipping!
