3 chicken breast washed then make a pocket with sharpen knife.
For marination ;
2 tsp, grounded black pepper.
1 -1/2 tsp, salt.
1-1/2 cumin powder.
For stuffing;,,,
100 grams spinach(palak) spinach you can add more if you want.
100 gram (1 cup) feta cheese.
100 grams ricotta cheese (1 cup).
3 clove garlic minced.
1 tsp, red chili flakes.
1 tsp, add less or more as your taste.
1 tsp, black pepper crushed.
For Sauce;;;

1-1/2 half onion chopped.
1 stick butter melted.
1-1/2 cup cooking oil OR olive oil.
1-1/2 cup mushroom.
2 tbs green olives.
1 cup of full fat milk.
1 tbs all purpose flour.
1- tsp, salt.
1tsp, black pepper crushed.
1/2 tsp, red chili flakes (optional).
fresh whipping cream 1/2 cup (optional)
