    I’m good with the cheese not being fully melted because of the type of cheese, but I feel cheated not seeing the final assembled and stacked product.

    Edit: my memory was foggy, these were toasted potato buns and the sauce was actually a caper mayo. Additionally the ground beef was dry aged.
