Lynn demonstrates how to make Cranberry Feta Pinwheels, a simple appetizer that would be great for a Holiday party. From Ocean Spray.

1 (5 ounce) package dried sweetened cranberries
1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese spread
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
4 large flour tortillas or you can use wheat flour tortillas or spinach tortillas

Combine all ingredients, except tortillas and mix well.

Divide and spread mixture evenly among tortillas.

Roll up rightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at lease one hour.

To serve cut into 12 slices.

hi welcome to Lin’s recipes today I’m going to make cranberry feta pinwheels this is a great little appetizer for the holidays that you can make ahead of time put in your refrigerator and pull out when you need it the amounts of the ingredients that you’re going to need to make this recipe can be found in the information box below you can find it on the website the ingredients are flour tortillas these are the large ones these are just the regular flour ones but you could use spinach or whole wheat that’s your preference you’ll need some cream cheese some crumbled feta some sliced scallions and some dried cranberries I’m going to make the filling by putting my cream cheese in this big bowl and this is softened so that’s easier to work with you can just set it on your counter for a little while before you’re ready to make the appetizer and I’m going to put in the feta the scallions and the cranberries so basically everything goes in the bowl except for the flour tortillas and we’re just going to stir this until it’s all mixed together now mixture is thoroughly combined here so what I’m going to do now is kind of portion this off just kind of eyeball it into four sections and now I’m ready to spread it on the tortillas okay I’m going to take a quarter of this mixture and put it on their tortilla and now I’m just going to take my spatula and spread it evenly on the tortilla it’s a little bit of a stiff mixture because of the cream cheese but just going to do the best we can okay that is spread out so now you simply just take it and you just start rowing I’m gonna set this one aside and continue on with the next ones okay this is the last one that I’m rolling okay so the next step is to take the plastic wrap and we’re going to wrap each one of these up individually in plastic wrap I’m just going to set this aside and continue with the rest of them this is the last one so I have a long wrap and what I’m going to do now is put them in the refrigerator for at least an hour but you can do this ahead of time and if you need to do them a day or so you can do that and then pull them out as you need them so now we’re going to refrigerate my cranberry feta pinwheels have been in the refrigerator chilling for a while now I’m ready to slice them so I’m going to undo their saran wrap or the cling wrap plastic wrap whatever you want to call it and I’m just going to unwrap it I have it on this board now I’m going to cut the ends off because they won’t be so pretty you can still eat them for snack treat then I’m going to start in the middle I’m just going to start cutting them trying to get them even and using a serenaded serrated knife really helps cut through this okay so that’s the first one and this is what they look like and I’m just going to put them on a tray and continue on with the next ones I finished cutting my pinwheels and put them on a serving board and this is what they look like these are cranberry feta pinwheels I hope you enjoy them
