Details: I used a pumpkin spice wacky/depression cake recipe for the cupcakes. I just googled one at random. Once cool I filled with some ice cream and froze for like an hour so the ice cream would stop melting all over the place. Then topped with a homemade pumpkin spice whipped cream topping.
