Delicious smash burger at my local brewery. It has beef heart in the patties
Apparently the beef heart gives the burger a rare taste that you get with the thicker pub burgers. So kind of best of both worlds!

Ya lost me at beef heart, If I never knew it was in there before biting it I doubt I’d notice. But since you told me that’s all my mind will think about eating this burger. God it looks good though
