Potato Salad
Ingredients:
Russet Potatoes
Eggs
Baby Kosher Dill Pickles
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
1. Peel and cube 2 Russet potatoes.
2. Dice 1 kosher baby dill pickle.
3. Boil potatoes and 2 eggs for 12 minutes.
4. Dice the boiled eggs.
5. Smash potatoes to desired consistency.
6. Add eggs and pickles. Combine the ingredients.
7. Add a 1/2 cup mayo and 1/4 cup of mustard. Combine the ingredients.
8. Season to taste with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
9. Chill and enjoy!
