Feels like it could use some acidity like pickled onions or mustard. Mind describing what it tasted like?

It just seems like a major waste. I don’t think you’d get much of the caviar flavor with all the oiliness of the mayo and the saltiness of the hot dog. I suppose there might be a bit of fishy taste, but it just seems like this isn’t the right way to be serving caviar.
