It looks like something alarming a dog would shit out and everyone would be like, “go to the vet ER immediately” But in all seriousness, what is the flavor profile here? So that jisz looking stuff is just milk or like a sweet syrupy kind of milk? Are the red beans a rich cinnamon flavor or are they the same kind found in red beans and rice? Someone please fill me in here. Matcha ice cream does seem like it’d be very tasty but haven’t made the effort to try it yet.

Don’t knock it till you try it. Matcha ice cream with mochi balls (sweet rice cakes), red beans (which are also typically sweet), and I’m assuming it’s condensed milk on top. Tastes amazing.
