I went to Hawaii the end of April and still think about this Breakfast I had from a hole-in-the-wall stand across from my Hotel in Waikiki Beach. The Onigiri was seasoned so well and the Cod Roe (first time having it) was so creamy and rich.

Does anyone make these at home? Any tips on how to go about it and where to get ingredients?
