Recipe:
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup RAW broccoli
1 packed tbsp ground flax
1 tsp Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and oregano
scant 1/2 cup water
Blend all crust ingredients. May need to scrape down the sides. Shlop it onto a baking sheet, spread into a circle, and bake for 20ish minutes. Add your toppings (I use the rainbow. Yes, even pineapple) and broil. The cheese is a low-fat, vegan mozzarella from broccoli.mum on Instagram. It’s divine!

The toppings look absolutely delicious.
The crust seems very unappetizing to me, but I am a big bread fan.

Okay OP: I’m going to try this because I’m a huge pizza fan, and also a broccoli lover, but you gotta prep us for the taste/feel of the crust. Obviously it’s not going to be spongy, fluffy pizza dough, but what should we expect? Does this turn into a cracker? High broccoli flavor? “Nothing” vessel for toppings? I want to know what I should be shooting for!
No matter what: great tip, I’ll definitely be trying this!

Cauliflower crust already exists, why would you add broccoli 😮
