Marinated a pork loin over night in salt sugar spices lemon juice and sunflower oil!
Baked 21 mins at 450. Rested for ten mins!
Before everyone going crazy about the lighter colors, it is not raw. Kitchen has a window getting beat on by the sun. Internally peaked at 140.
