These are my mother in laws cans. My wife claims it’s safe to eat but I’ve seen how they did things in the past. As a food worker I’m terrified of these. (Same sponge for months if you catch my drift) Is there an overall test strip? A hey you might die strip? I organized them, they were scattered. I’ve seen things expired at 2005 in this pantry. Cans could be around 2013. Help.
